    Order Updates and Production:

    Before proceeding with production, our team will provide you with an update on your custom-made sign, ensuring all details are correct.

    If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer support promptly. Failure to do so may result in the order being processed without the possibility of cancellation. 

    Return/Cancelation and Custom Orders:

    We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for custom-made orders. We accept cancellations only before moving your custom product into production. If you encounter any issues with your product, please reach out to our customer support for assistance at info@signcrafted.com

    Damaged Goods:

    In the event that your goods arrive damaged, it is imperative that you notify both the delivery agent and Signcrafted within 48 hours in writing.

     Please include photographic or video evidence of the damage, along with the packaging, to facilitate verification. Failure to comply within this timeframe will void our obligations.

    Repair Process:

    We stand behind the quality of our custom products and offer a 2-year warranty. If you encounter any issues with your sign, simply contact us with images and videos of the problematic part, and we'll promptly send you a replacement.

    Shipping Errors:

    While we take every precaution to ensure accurate delivery, we cannot be held responsible if the shipping company confirms delivery to your doorstep, but the product is not received.

    If you notice any discrepancies in shipping or delivery, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the shipping company to rectify the issue and ensure your sign reaches the correct address.

    Variations and Discolorations:

    Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, variations and slight discolorations may occur. Additionally, differences in color may arise due to variations in computer screen and printer calibration. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these potential occurrences as inherent to the uniqueness of our products.

    Inspection and Notification:

    Upon delivery, it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the goods thoroughly. Any alleged defects, shortages in quantity, damages, or deviations from the description or quote must be reported to Quicksignage in writing within 48 hours of delivery. We kindly request that you afford us the opportunity to inspect the goods within a reasonable timeframe following delivery.

    Failure to comply with these provisions will result in the goods being presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions, free from defects or damage.
